Rutherford Hospital Foundation will host "Women Together”, an annual women's event at the Performing Arts Center at Isothermal Community College on Friday, February 18, 2011. The event begins at 9:30 and ends at 1:30. A delicious brunch buffet will be available during the event. Visit for a little while or stay the entire time.

Several years ago, it was not unusual to make one or two trips per week to wade the Cherokee Lake. Late winter always proved to hold enough of the bass variety to keep me fishing even in the most extreme conditions.
