Alex Trent Splawn of Spindale

Alex Trent Splawn of Spindale, passed away Monday February 6, 2017.

He is survived by his parents Hubert Dwayne Splawn and Sherri Metcalf Splawn, one daughter Addison Paige Splawn, three brothers: Richard Toms and wife Whitney Nicole Wilson Toms, Daniel Toms and Erica Doggett, Kyle Splawn, grandparents Jack and Brenda Metcalf, Rick and Francis Gilbert, Billy and Brenda Splawn, aunts and uncles: Karen Metcalf, Darlene and Ray Bailey, Donald and Patricia Splawn, Doug and June Splawn, Johnny Splawn and Robert Splawn; nieces and nephews Hayden Blake Toms, Carter Mason Toms, Noah Anthony Toms, Gracie Short and Trent Toms all of whom he loved very much. Alex was preceded in death by his uncle Alan Metcalf.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of Rutherford County P.O. Box 336 Forest City, NC 28043.

Private services will be held by the family at a later date.
