Andrew Pletts, age 74

Andrew Pletts, age 74, of Forest City, passed away on Friday, March 26, 2021.

Andrew was born Friday, September 20, 1946 in Prestwick, Scotland to the late David and Jean Pletts. He served in the Royal Air Force for twenty-two years before his retirement.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Sheila Lewis Pletts; and stepmother, Hilary Pletts.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of nineteen years, Elizabeth Pletts; three daughters, Joanna Slate (Richard) of Barnstaple, England, Amy Porter and Susan Randolph both of Forest City; son, Jason Porter (Roxie) of Forest City; six grandchildren. He is also survived by two stepbrothers, Martin and Steven Dockray both of England.

A memorial service will be conducted at 7:00 on Friday, April 2, 2021 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
