Anita Haynes Taylor, age 58

Anita Haynes Taylor, age 58, of Rutherfordton, passed away Tuesday, September 18, 2018.

She was a native of Rutherford County and the daughter of the late Adam Arthur Haynes. She was a member of Piney Knob Baptist Church and held multiple jobs over 31 years with the town of Lake Lure with the last position being Director of Human Resources. Anita loved to going to consignment shops and spending time with her beloved family. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and sister in law, best friend and coworker and will be missed dearly.

She is survived by her husband of 39 years Jerry Spencer Taylor. One Son: Brandon Adam Taylor. Mother: Alma Hardin Haynes. One Brother: James Haynes and his wife Debbie. Mother-in-law: Jeanette Taylor. One sister in law: Remona Glover and her husband Jamie. One brother in law: Gary Taylor and his wife Robin. Four nephews, two nieces.

The Funeral service was held at Piney Knob Baptist Church. Interment followed at the Church Cemetery.
