Annie Faye Dalton, age 75

Annie Faye Dalton, age 75, of Caroleen, NC, passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2013.

Born April 28, 1938 in Itawamba County Mississippi, she was a daughter of the late Bob Keeton and Hortence Lindsey Keeton.  She worked for Childers Truck Stop for over twenty years and was also a self-employed yarn winder.  Annie was a member of the Caroleen Congregational Holiness Church and enjoyed growing flowers, canning, cooking and shopping.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant brother, George R. Keeton.

Survivors include her husband, J.V. Bowen; son, Joseph Dalton and wife, Heather of Forest City; two step-daughters, Jamie Bowen of Forest City and Regina Weaver and husband, Ronny of Cliffside; step-son, Chris Bowen and wife, Christie of Sunshine Community; adopted son, Jordan Davis; sister, Jean Parello of Rockford, Illinois and brother, Leon Keeton and wife, Faye of Alabama. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were conducted at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Paul Nelon and Reverend Chris Bowen officiating.
