Annie Lou Hall Coffey, age 84, of Forest City, NC, passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2013.

     Annie was born April 7, 1929 in Rutherford County to the late Baxter Ledford and Mongolie Wheeler Ledford. She worked in textiles for several years and was also a beautician. Annie was member of Crestview Baptist Church and enjoyed cooking, canning, gardening, spending time with her family and reading the Bible.

     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Walter Lee Hall and second husband, John C. Coffey; two sisters, Frances Lovelace and Velra Twiggs and one step-daughter, Tanya Aviles.

Survivors include two sons, Terry Byers and wife, Kathy of Ellenboro and Tony Hall and wife, Robin of Ft. Worth, TX; two step-daughters, Denise Crane and husband, Doug of Rutherfordton and Lisa Rome and husband, Brian of Forest City. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. 

     Funeral services were conducted at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Kevin Rohm officiating.  Interment followed in Rutherford County Memorial Cemetery. 

   Memorial donations are suggested to Crestview Baptist Church Building Fund, 630 S. Church Street, Forest City, NC  28043.
