Artie Price Smith, 60

Artie Price Smith, 60, of Shelby, passed away on Sunday, October 05, 2014. 

A native of Cleveland County, she was born on February 14, 1954, a daughter of the late Paul and Nettie Mae Beheler Price. She was a homemaker and member of Manna Baptist Church of Shelby. She loved cooking and taking care of her family and others.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sisters, Cathy Weaver and Betty McEntire; one brother, Bobby Beheler. She is survived by her son, Michael Smith of Ohio; one daughter, Teresa Smith of Shelby; one brother, Billy Price of Shelby and Johnny Beheler of Boiling Springs, SC; two sisters, Virginia Branton and Pauline Morgan, both of Shelby; her grandchildren, Tyler Harvey, Mikayla Smith, Luke Smith, Adreonna Mills, Devin Mills, and Tanner Smith.

A Celebration of Ms. Smith’s Life was held at The A.C. McKinney Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Andy Stevens officiating.
