Avery "Steve" Hancock, age 57, of Union Mills, passed away Thursday, September 19, 2019.
Steve was the son of Walter Eugene Hancock Sr. and the late Nancy Conner Hancock. He was a native of Rutherford County and liked hot-rod cars.
He is survived by: One Son: Matthew Hancock. One Sister: Catina Melton and her husband Mitch. One Brother: Walter Hancock Jr. and his wife Rosey.
The graveside service was held at Gilkey United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Interment was held at Gilkey United Methodist Church Cemetery.
McMahan's Funeral Home & Cremation Services is serving the family.
