Barbara Bach Cash, 82

Barbara Bach Cash, 82, of Forest City, passed away Friday, November 28, 2014.  

A native of Madison, Wisconsin, she was the daughter of the late John Leo Bach and Leona Reed Bach, and widow of the late William Littleton “Bill” Cash. She retired as a customer service representative for Watkins Rentals.  Mrs. Cash also worked for North Western Bank, and taught adult education classes at Cleveland Community College.  She was a member of Ft. Hill United Methodist Church, Lynchburg, VA.

Survivors include her son, John Cash and wife Betty of Dover, Delaware; daughters, Debbie Bostic and husband Steve of Bostic, NC and Melanie Alfaro and husband Richard of Gastonia, NC, grandchildren, Brandy Hannon and husband Norman, Blake Bostic and wife Carrie, Ashley Alfaro, Matthew Cash, and Megan Cash, and sister-in-law, Frances Cash Spencer of Lynchburg, VA.

Funeral services were held in the Padgett & King Chapel with Reverend Ad Hopper officiating. Interment followed in the Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to Hospice of Rutherford County, P.O. Box 336, Forest City, NC 28043.
