Barry Dean Lewis, 51, of Forest City, passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2011.
A native of Rutherford County, he was born on May 14, 1960, a son of the late Charles Edgar Lewis and Virginia Dobbins Lewis of Forest City.
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by one brother, David G. Lewis. In addition to his mother, he is survived by two brothers, William A. Lewis of Forest City and Robert C. Lewis of Ellenboro.
A celebration of life was held at the A.C. McKinney Memorial Chapel with the Rev. David Jendery officiating.
