Betty Lattimore, age 85

Betty Lattimore, age 85, of Rutherfordton, passed away Sunday, May 6, 2018.

She was a native of Rutherford County and the daughter of the late Frank Harvey Robinson and the late Eddie Arzola Fish Robinson. She was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Betty was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, John William "Bill" Lattimore, two brothers; Rogers Stanley Robinson and Jack Wesley Robinson and Two sisters; Susie Smart and Judy Jones.

She is survived by: One Daughter: Sandra Harris and husband David of Plainfield, IL. Two Sons: Alan Lattimore and wife Pam of Chapel Hill, NC Mark Lattimore and wife Amy of Matthews, NC. Two Sisters: Bernice Goode of Maiden, NC. Reba Lattimore and husband Hugh of Rutherfordton. One Brother: Paul Dwight Robinson and wife Sharon of Ellenboro. Eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren

The funeral service was held at Rock Springs Baptist Church. Rev Bobby Wilkinson and Rev Greg Huntley officiated. Interment followed. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Rock Springs Baptist Church Buliding Fund, c/o Kathy Lattimore at 986 Lattimore Rd. Rutherfordton, NC 28139.
