Billie Christine Haynes Lee, 82

Billie Christine Haynes Lee, 82, of Spindale, passed away Saturday, September 23, 2017.

A native of Hendricks County, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Lemma Phelps Haynes. She was a retired secretary, having worked in furniture sales. Billie enjoyed bowling, going to the Senior Center, and Senior Olympics Dancing. She also enjoyed traveling.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, Edward Earl Lee; daughter, Donna Lee; sisters, Patricia Jean Reddings, Yvonne "Rose" Watt, Sue Schaller, and Nora Ann Shorter; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Loren "Chip" Allen, and sisters, Elizabeth Haynes Montgomery and Theresa Marie Haynes.

Memorial services were held at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. Ron Setzer officiating.
