Blanche Virginia Sane Ruff age 92

Blanche Virginia Sane Ruff age 92, of Forest City, passed away on June 21, 2018.

Blanche was born on August 3^rd 1925 in Rutherford County, to the parents of Fonzy B. Sane, and Minnie Smith Sane. Blanche was the wife to the late Jay Ruff. Left to cherish her memory are her children Rita Ruff, Bruce Ruff, Barbara Lail (Bruce), and Donald Ruff; two grandchildren, two great grandchildren; sisters Jack Davis of Lexington, NC and Jo Padgett of Fletcher, NC; in addition to her parents and husband, Blanche was preceded in death by her siblings John Sane, Luke Sane, Mac Sane, Bill Sane, Beth Henson, Pearl Wall and Margaret Hollifield.

Memorials may be made to Forest Lake Baptist Church, 292 Forest Lake Rd Forest City, NC 28043; or to Hospice of the Carolina Foothills PO Box 336 Forest City NC, 28043.

Services were held at Forest Lake Baptist Church. Rev. Wayne Toney officiated. Burial followed at Cool Springs Cemetery.
