Brenda Holland Edwards, age 64

Brenda Holland Edwards, age 64 of Ellenboro, passed away Thursday, February 28, 2019.

Brenda was born September 10, 1954 and was a daughter of the late David and Mattie Holland. She worked for many years for both Cone Mills and Fieldcrest Mills before she retired and was a lifelong Baptist.

Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Ray Edwards, a son, Chris Edwards and wife Melissa, a daughter, Nancy Hoyle, brother, Alan Holland, and sisters, Maxine Miller and Beverly Fisher. There are also 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

The funeral service was held at Piney Mountain Baptist Church. Interment followed in the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.
