Congratulations to Brittany Brooks, Site Manager and Joey Lane, Maintenance Caretaker of Cottages at Crestview Apartments in Rutherfordton.

On December 8, 2017, Ms. Brooks & Mr. Lane received an Outstanding Site Manager and Maintenance Caretaker Award for the territory of Jim Voltmer at the Partnership Property Management Annual Awards Banquet held in Asheville. This award is given to two Site Managers and two Maintenance Caretakers chosen from nominees that have shown continued professionalism, enthusiasm and dedication to their property.

Ms. Brooks has worked with Partnership Property Management for over a year and Mr. Lane for over four years. They were chosen for these prestigious awards due to their continued efforts to provide quality housing in Rutherford County.
