PrintCalma Gail McCluney Hammett, age 74, of Rutherfordton, passed away on December 20, 2018.
Calma was the daughter of the late C.T. and Reba Carver McCluney. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Magel Casey.
Left to cherish her memories are her brother Roger McCluney; and a number of nieces and nephews. Gail was a member of Spencer Baptist Church, and loved to travel. Her most recent travels took her to New York City with her church family. Services were held at Spencer Baptist Church.
Crowe's Mortuary and Crematory is serving the family.
