Catherine Louise Bostic Harris, 86

Catherine Louise Bostic Harris, 86, a resident of Rutherfordton, passed away on Friday, May 29, 2015.

A native of Cleveland County, she was born on August 06, 1928, a daughter of the late Chivous Lee Bostic and Beulah Holland Bostic. She was retired from First Citizens Bank - Cliffside Branch. She was a charter member of Liberty Baptist Church and loved to travel.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Walter Bostic and Charles Bostic. She is survived by her son, Dwayne Harris and wife Jamie of Rutherfordton; three daughters, Rebecca Gill and husband Andrew of Boston, MA, Janna Harris of Charlotte and Kathy Harris and husband Terry of Cliffside; her grandchildren, Max Alexander, Teddy Alexander, Leanne Beck, Matt Harris, Nicole Harris, Madalyn Harris, Malarie Harris, Weston Harris, and Marla Harris; her great grandchildren, Faith Harris, Andrew Harris and Luke Pucci.

Funeral services were held at Liberty Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Mack Tester and Rev. Owen Duncan officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
