Charles "Doc" Clark, age 68

Charles "Doc" Clark, age 68, of Forest City, passed away December 18, 2015.

Born November 16, 1947 in Rutherford County, he was a son of the late Henry Clark and Uerey Lourainey Mace Clark. Doc worked for Schneider Mills in Alexander for many years and was a member of the Spindale Fellowship Holiness Church. His life revolved around his children and grandchildren and he enjoyed fishing and doing yard work.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, three brothers and grandson, Charles Anthony Clark, Jr.

Survivors include his wife of forty-eight years, Margaret Clark; two daughters, Ginger Clark of Forest City and Jamie Edwards and husband, Joe of Gilkey; son, Charles Anthony Clark and wife, Heather of Bostic. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted at the Spindale Fellowship Holiness Church with Reverend Leon Brown officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery.
