Terry Horn, Ellenboro Fire Department Chief, presented Jerry Bridges, President of Hopewell Hollis Ruritan Club with the Johnnie Mitchell Memorial Award Plaque. The award was presented to the club because of its dependable, loyal and dedicated service to the department.
