Paws of Rutherford County

Two low cost spay and neuter transports Feb. 14 & Feb. 28. Cats: $25, Dogs: $35 if they are up to date on their rabies Vaccinations. If they are not there will be a $10 charge added to the price. Friends of Agriculture Breakfast

Wed. Feb. 15, featuring: Kelly Springs, County Executive Director with USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA). Don't forget our community members in need! Donations of canned foods will be collected at this event to benefit the clients of Thermal Belt Outreach Ministries. This is a free event held at the 4-H Building, 135 Locust St., Columbus, NC.

Suicide Charity Concert

In Ya Faith Gospel Music Outreach presents the Broken and Mended Tour to benefit Suicide Prevention Outreach Gospel Music Concert on Fri. Feb. 17, 7pm at Shelby Recreation Center; 850 W. BelkGives on the Go Mobile Mammography Center to visit Tri City Mall in Forest City on Sat. Feb. 18, 9am-5:30pm to offer free, convenient mammogram screenings. Women age 40 and over with no breast concerns, who have not had a mammogram in the last 12 months and have a primary care physician are eligible by calling 855-655-2662 to schedule an appt. After receiving their mammograms, women also can receive complimentary bra fittings.

GWRRA NC CHAPTER NC P-2
