Sons of Confederate Veterans

The Polk Volunteers Camp # 919 of the Sons of Confederate Veterans invites you to meet on the 1st Tuesday of each month, and we love to have visitors. Summer Camp

Yokefellow Change in Procedure: In an effort to make it easier for clients in need of assistance at Yokefellow to be interviewed in a more timely manner, the following changes are being made. Effective Monday, May 22, 2017, all Client Service Interviews will be by appointment only. This change is being made in an effort to eliminate extended waiting periods, and allow clients to plan their day around personal work schedules, transportation issues, etc. Please call 828-287-0776 to schedule your appt. If you are seeking assistance with utilities, please schedule your appt 10 days prior to the day of disconnection of service to allow time for processing. Thank you for your cooperation.
