DAV, Chapter #25: Welcomes all veterans to attend our monthly meetings held the 2nd Monday of each month at the National Guard Armory on Withrow Road, Forest City. Potluck Dinner is provided at 6pm, meeting at 7pm. 828-288-1595.

Exercise Class for Parkinson's Disease: St. Luke's Rehab offers a free exercise class the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, 12:15pm-1pm. Volunteers needed for Korbens Toy Drive on September 30. Kids can bring a new unwrapped toy and play for free from 11am to 8pm.
