ECA Scholarship
Rutherford County Extension & Community Association (ECA) announces its 2014 scholarships. High school seniors, full-time college students, and adults wanting to attend college are eligible. North Carolina residents planning to attend a NC accredited college, community college or technical institute in the fall of 2014 may apply. Applications available at all high schools and Cooperative Extension. The North Carolina ECA Scholarship deadline is February 1, and the Rutherford County ECA Scholarship deadline is April 1.
