Veterans Presentation at the Carolina Event and Conference Center Oct. 17, 8:30am-12pm. “Improving Care for Veterans Facing Illness and Death” is a DVD presentation conducted by Hospice Foundation of America and designed to help enhance understanding of veterans and to provide professionals with new interventions to better serve dying veterans and their families.
