Empty Shoe Boxes Needed
The Food Pantry in Forest City is collecting “EMPTY” but in good condition shoe boxes that will be used for the back pack program for Christmas. Also, any slightly used coats for all ages is greatly appreciated. Please drop off your shoe boxes and coats at the Food Panty located at the back of Tri-City Mall in the old Transit Damaged Freight building. Info: Pat Evans; 828-980-2654.

Local Benefit
CWS will be holding a benefit event at the National Guard on Fri. Nov. 30th, all proceeds will go to the local Christmas cheer to help families in need. Robbie E. from TNA will be at the event to show his support to our kids in the community.

Fri. Nov. 30 & Sat. Dec. 1, 6-9pm. Load across from the fountain. Children or adults.  See the holiday lights from a hay wagon pulled by an antique tractor.
 
Beach Bingo

Lost Playwrights of Western NC 
Meeting Sat. Dec. 1, 2-4pm at the official residence of Princess Diana Lensaka, 450 West Main Street, Forest City (yellow brick house next to the First Presbyterian Church. Parking is in the rear. All persons interested in any aspect of theatre or creative writing are encouraged to attend.
