Rutherford County Humane Society Thrift Shop
New Hours: Jan. thru March, Wed.-Sat., 10am-4pm. We accept donations of dog and cat food and bedding supplies for animals waiting to be adopted. Meets each Wednesday night at 5:30pm. 175 N. Main St., Rutherfordton (Law office of Marvin Sparrow and John Byrd, across from Kid Senses). Players of all ages and skill levels are welcome, from 5 to 105, beginners to masters. 64 Squares.

Rutherford Quilt Guild

Domestic Violence Education/Support Group: Women who are victims of domestic abuse, or who never want to become victims, are invited to a free Domestic Violence Education/Support Group which meets 2 hours each week on Tuesdays.
