PAWS of Rutherford County & The Community Partnership for Pets (CPPI) in Henderson County have joined forces to offer free spay/neuter to any Pit Bull dog or Pit Bull mix dog in Rutherford Co. Will spay/neuter every Pit Bull or Pit Bull mix free. Includes a rabies shot. No income limit. There is no time limit on this offer. It is our desire to curb the rate of euthanasia for Pit Bull and Pit Bull mixes in Rutherford County.
