Cynthia Adair Hardin, age 51

Cynthia Adair Hardin, age 51, of Forest City, passed away Friday, February 13, 2015. 

Born in St. Johnsbury, VT, she was a daughter of Carlene Wright Adair and the late Joe Adair.  She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Forest City, worked as a CNA in home health care, and enjoyed attending her grandchildren’s sporting events.

Survivors include her husband Howard Lee Hardin of the home; a son, Howard Lee Hardin II of Kingsport, TN; daughters, Brandy Wilson and Cristy Hardin, both of Forest City; a brother, Mark Adair of Hickory, NC; a sister, Sarah Adair of Forest City, and five grandchildren.

A memorial service was held at the First United Methodist Church with Dr. Neil Haynes officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church Van Fund, 341 East Main St., Forest City, NC 28043.
