Dean Rondo Stacey, age 87

Dean Rondo Stacey, age 87 passed away Sunday, May 10, 2020.

A native of Rutherford County, he was a veteran of the US Army serving during the Korean War.

He is survived by his daughter Rhonda Stacey Lynch and her husband Don; two brothers, Dale and Haydon Stacey; four sisters, Jo Ann Johnson, Joyce Taylor, Shirley McClellan, and Brenda Lane and her husband James. He is also survived by six grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and a number of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Wallace Dean Stacey and Ollie Rowe Stacey; his first wife, Annie Mae Luckadoo Stacey, his second wife Nancy Joan Cooksey Stacey, his son Perry Stacey and his step daughter, Teri Seay.

Graveside services were held at Sandy Springs Baptist Church Cemetery, Rutherfordton. Military Honors were provided by the Rutherford County Veterans Honor Guard.
