Diane Waters Pruett, age 64

Diane Waters Pruett, age 64, of Rutherfordton, passed away Saturday, July 8, 2017.

Born March 9, 1953 in Rutherford County, she was a daughter of the late Dan Waters and Nellie Johnson Waters. She was a member of Spindale Fellowship Holiness Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Pruett; an infant granddaughter; two brothers, Sherman Waters, Donald Waters; and one sister, Sarah Reed.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Danny Ledford and wife Lisa of Lawndale; two daughters, Lisa Constante and husband Joel of Bostic, Angela Herring and husband Michael of Bostic; two sisters, Dorothy Hudgins and husband Robert of Rutherfordton, Carolyn Bright and husband Gary of Spindale. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.

The funeral service was conducted at Spindale Fellowship Holiness Church with Reverend Leon Brown, Reverend Danny Ledford and Reverend Brian Bowlin officiating.
