Donna Rochelle Ruppe Lavarello, 57, of Rutherfordton, passed away Thursday, February 16, 2012.
Funeral services were held at Crowe’s Mortuary.
A native of Randolph County, she was the daughter of the late Charles Yates Ruppe and the late Lyndall Cotton Hopkins.
She is survived by her son, David Carter of the home; two sisters, Betty Matthews of Rutherfordton, Brenda Byrd of Charlotte; and brother Cecil Ruppe of Iron Station, NC.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Rutherford County Humane Society, POB 998, Rutherfordton, NC 28139.
