Dorothy Bright Mode, age 96

Dorothy Bright Mode, age 96, of Mooresboro, passed away Sunday, July 22, 2018.

Born January 22, 1922 in Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Bright and Lilly Jones Bright.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Thomas Voyd Mode; son, Tom Mode Jr.; a granddaughter; and nine brothers and sisters

Those left to cherish her memory include one granddaughter, two great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a number of nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was conducted at Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev Tim Frazier officiated.

Harrelson Funeral and Cremation Services has been entrusted with arrangements.
