Etta Blanton age 72

Etta Blanton age 72, of Rutherfordton, NC passed away on Friday October 5th 2012. 

Etta was the daughter of the late Gordon and Ollie Mae Lail Smith. Left to cherish her memory are her husband Gene Blanton; Son Mike Landers of Asheville, NC; Daughter Kathie Mae (Paul Kevin) of Forest City, NC; Son Jeffery Charles Blanton of Forest City, NC; Son Brad Eugene Blanton (Tracy) of Forest City, NC; Brother Donald Richard Smith of Ellenboro, NC; Six grandchildren Taylor Blanton Harris, Haley Blanton, Paige Blanton, Kari Landers, Hannah Landers, and Rachel Landers.

Services were held at Crowe’s Chapel with the Reverend Rusty Harper, and Reverend Glen Wilson officiating. Burial will take place at Eternal Hills Cemetery.

Crowe’s Mortuary is serving the family.
