Gary “Cat Man” Shehan, age 45

Gary “Cat Man” Shehan, age 45, of Forest City, passed away April 16, 2015.

     Born April 20, 1969 in Rutherford County, he was a son of the late Betty Wishion. He worked for Cone Mills-Cliffside Plant and had attended the First Baptist Church of Spindale. His life’s enjoyment was riding his scooter.

     Gary is survived by his step-father, Boyce Wishion of Forest City; two sisters, Gail McDaniel and husband, Joey of Hickory and Crystal Tesseneer of Forest City; four brothers, Robert Waters and wife, Robbin of Harris, Raymond Waters and wife, Denise of Ellenboro, Tommy Wishion and wife, Dawn also of Ellenboro and Edward Wishion and wife, Angie of Forest City. He is also survived by a special friend, Kathy Sprouse of Forest City and a host of nieces and nephews.

     A private memorial service will be held on a later date.
