Genell Bailey Clements, age 90

Genell Bailey Clements, age 90, of Rutherfordton, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2020.

She was the daughter of the late J. Paul and Edna Bailey. Genell was the widow of the late G. Lennon Clements and a native of Rutherford County. In addition to her parents and husband, Genell was preceded in death by her daughter; Susan Clements Hardy, and her brother Jimmy Bailey.

She is survived by One Son: Stan Clements and his wife Deborah. One Son-in-law: Billy Hardy. One Sister: Margie Andrews. Three Grandchildren and Six Great-Grandchildren.

A private burial service was held. There will be a memorial service at some later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Rutherfordton; PO Box 839 Rutherfordton, NC 28139.
