Geneva Wilson, 71, formerly of Mill Spring passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2011. Services were held at Cane Creek Missionary Baptist Church. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Wilson was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Wilson and her parents, Rufus and Annie Mae Conner Nelon.
She is survived by her sisters, Myrtle Searcy of Asheville, Sarah Lawter of Bat Cave, Mary Jane Melton of Lake Lure and Rosa Owensby of Mill Spring; one brother, Wade Nelon of Mill Spring.
