Lifetime resident of Cliffside and in 1980 started collecting photos of those "great Cliffside years", Ginny Anne Reid has an extensive collection (displayed) which also includes yearbooks from 1937 to 1959.
Stories of growing up in Cliffside. Tales of the bell ringing to call everyone to work at the mill.
The fun, the school activities, and picnics that were so much a part of that time of life. Over and over again, you saw people meet, greet and embrace. Many are older now, but their eyes sparkle and the smiles come easy as they discuss what Cliffside meant to them as a community.
Each had only fond memories of those nostalgic days. Now with "Remember Cliffside", they all cherish a wonderful part of Rutherford County. To embrace these memories seems somehow to continue to fulfill the accomplishments and dreams which was all theirs to behold.
