Hallie Flynn Roberts, 95

Hallie Flynn Roberts, 95, of Forest City, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2016.

A native of Henderson County, she was the daughter of the late James Franklin and Lillie Mathis Flynn. Hallie was a retired textile worker and a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Catherine Ivey of Forest City, Hattie Radford of Forest City, and Viola Hill of Harris; son, Donald Roberts of Forest City; fourteen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Roberts, daughter Grace Higgins, sons Floyd, Ronnie, and Charles Roberts, brothers Melvin and Loner Flynn and sister Irene Bridges.

Funeral services were held at Crowe's Mortuary with Rev. Bruce Caldwell officiating. Interment followed in Eternal Hills Memorial Park.

Crowe's Mortuary is assisting the family.
