Hazel Lee Sprouse, age 67, of Forest City passed away Monday, February 13, 2012.
She was a native of Rutherford County and the daughter of the late Delmar and Mary Louise Laughter Sprouse.
Hazel is survived by her sons Otis Rollins Jr. of Forest City and Joseph McKinney of Greenville, SC; step children Mary Ann Troy of Kingstree, SC and James Otis Rollins of Greenville, SC; 8 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren and 4 step grandchildren; also surviving is a brother Eddie Sprouse of Bostic; sisters Shirley Ann Hardin of Greenville, Cathy Hunt of Spindale, Verlene Lewis of Bostic and Melissa Roper of Bostic; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Services were held at M & T Ministries with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
