Helen Jean Trout Arrowood Norman, 83

Helen Jean Trout Arrowood Norman, 83, of Forest City passed away on April 29, 2019.

She worked as a seamstress and later as a hairdresser but most of all she was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Helen was always up for an adventure and lived life to the fullest. She was the daughter of the late Bob Trout and Robbie Novella Millwood Trout. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband's James Arrowood and Clyde Norman. Left to cherish her memory are her children; James Arrowood of Forest City, Rick Dean Arrowood of Shiloh, and Rita Arrowood of Rutherfordton; four grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.

A celebration of life was held in the Crowe's Funeral Chapel.

Crowe's Mortuary and Crematory is serving the family.
