James Whitely Gorman, Jr., age 64

James Whitely Gorman, Jr., age 64, of Rutherfordton, passed away on Thursday July 4, 2019.

James is survived by his wife, Paula Gorman; two daughters, Candy Thompson and Amy Nolen; five sisters, Radonna Gorman, Barbara Martin, Barbara Gorman, Joyce Kellogg, and Phyliss Sicona; brother, Byron Gorman; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

James loved his family and spending time with them. He enjoyed fishing and working on his cars.

A graveside service was held at Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Forest City.
