Jeanette Lewis King age 64, went home to be with The Lord on Saturday April 7, 2012.
A native of Rutherford County, NC she was a daughter of Charles Lonnie Lewis and Ruth Romaine Lovelace Lewis. Left to remember her kind and loving ways are her husband Dock W. King, Sr.; children – Darlene King of Rutherfordton, NC; Debbie Renee Langston of Boiling Springs, SC and Donna Marie King of Rutherfordton, NC; one sister Jeanice Laughter of the Shiloh Community; two brothers – Jerry Lewis of Virginia and Lonnie Lewis, Jr. of Rutherfordton, NC; six step children, twenty-six grandchildren, a number of great grandchildren as well as many other relatives and friends.
A celebration of her life was held at Crowe’s Funeral Chapel with Rev. John Perry officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Rutherford County Hospice POB 336 Forest City, NC 28043.
Crowe’s Mortuary is serving the family.
