Jessie Lillian Cobb, age 80, of Rutherfordton, passed away November 3. A native of Polk County, she was the daughter of the late C.A. and Sudie Honeycutt Stedman.
She is survived by two sons, Arlan Bush and wife Elizabeth of Shelby and Rick Bush and wife Gloria of Inman, SC; sister Lois Cordell of Shiloh; two grandchildren, Suzanne and Brett Bush. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, A.C. Cobb.
Funeral services were held at Melvin Hill Church of the Brethren. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Rutherford County, POB 336 Forest City, NC 28043 or Melvin Hill Church of the Brethren, 555 Melvin Hill Road, Columbus, NC 28722. Crowe’s Mortuary of Rutherfordton, NC is serving the family.
