Jonathan Alberto Lane, age 31

Jonathan Alberto Lane, age 31 of Forest City, passed away Friday, June 24, 2016.

Jonathan was born January 14, 1985 in Alexandria, Virginia and was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. He was a graduate of Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy, its first graduating class, in 2003. Jonathan went on to attend college at both UNC-Greensboro as well as South University in Savannah, Georgia.

Survivors include his parents, George and Alicia Arpi Lane of Forest City, a step-brother, Clifford Lane and his wife Mary Ann of Jacksonville, FL, as well as his aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, celebrated by Father Herbert Burke and Deacon Andy Cilone. Interment followed the Mass in the Cool Springs Cemetery. The Rosary was held in The Padgett and King Chapel.
