Judy Lynn Williams Mattheu, age 75 passed away on August 17, 2017.

She was the daughter of the late Thaddeus Sylvester Williams and Ruth Stella Morgan Williams. She was an Industrial Sales rep for many years. She is survived by her son David of the home. Private Service is scheduled for a later date.
