On Saturday, February 16th at 7:00 p.m. the show of the year will take place at Isothermal Community College's Performing Arts Center. "The Aloha Show", a tribute to Elvis Presley staring Travis Powell should be one of this season's best!

Travis was raised in a musical family and began singing before large audiences when he was only eight years old. Travis is currently working on a record album with a release date in early 2014.

Travis's Elvis impersonation will be competing for national honors this year.  The band playing behind Travis is EAS Band which is the Official Tribute Band of Graceland through Elvis Presley Enterprises. Elvis loved gospel music and The Bridges Sisters, a well known gospel group will begin this great show.

Tickets are on sale for $28 each or for 10 or more can be purchased for $25 each. For additional information call 704-481-9535 or go on line at michellecrka@aol.com.

This show is an opportunity to enjoy an evening of Elvis and also help a great organization. All proceeds will go to support the Cleveland-Rutherford County Kidney Association. Their slogan is "Give someone a tomorrow, save a life today..." The organization provides many life-saving services for kidney patients.

Travis says "I'm looking forward to this concert. For me, it's a dream come true. My grandfather, Bill Bridges, was a great supporter of the Kidney Association. It will be a personal tribute and salute to him also."
