Larry Eugene Morrison, 74, of Rutherfordton, passed away Monday, May 7, 2018.

A native of Cleveland County, he was the son of the late Eugene "Pete" Morrison and Gladys Mae Deskin McIntyre. He was a welder in the US Navy.

Left to cherish his memories are his sister, Diane Gantt (Ty) of Shelby; brothers, Wayne Morrison (Ann) of Union Mills and Dean Morrison (Rita) of Bostic. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-mother Blondine Evans Bumgarner, sister, Shirley M. Hipps and brother, Billy Ray Morrison.

Services will be held at a later date.

Crowe's Mortuary is assisting the family.
