Leonard Arrowood, age 77

Leonard Arrowood, age 77, of Cliffside, passed away Saturday, October 3, 2020.

Leonard was born April 28, 1943 in Rutherford County to the late Albert Arrowood and Dora Potter Arrowood.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, W.J., Albert Jr. and Glen Arrowood and two sisters, Ruby Rumfelt and Joann Bailey.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of fifty-nine years, Carolyn McCraw Arrowood; daughter, Vickie Arrowood Smith (Larry) of Ocean Isle Beach, NC; three sons, Ralph Leonard Arrowood, Jr. of Cliffside, Larry Dean Arrowood (April Barnes) of Cliffside and Jeffery Dwayne Arrowood (Tammy) of Forest City; two sisters, Colene Nanney (Hugh) of Union Mills and Frances Shehan of Forest City and a brother, Roger Arrowood (Susie) of Kings Mountain. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.

A graveside service was conducted at the Harris First Baptist Church Cemetery.
