Lester Deyton of Mooresboro, passed away on November 27, 2019.
Lester was the son of the late Grover Deyton and Ina Halford Deyton.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers Hubert Deyton and wife Eloise, Gene Deyton and wife Maude, and G.C.
Deyton; five sisters Lallage Williams, Dorothy Deyton, Pauline Davis and husband Howard, Grace Davidison and Florence Deyton, one grandchild and one great grandchild.
He is missed and survived by his beloved wife Catheryn Deyton, four sons Dan Deyton, Jeff Deyton and wife Dani, Butch Deyton, Mark Deyton and wife Beverly; one daughter Karen Mullinax and husband Chic; one brother Harry Deyton and wife Kay; ten grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
A private celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family is asking donations be made to: Hospice of the Carolina Foothills PO Box 336 Forest City, NC 28043
Eggers Funeral Home is serving the family.
