Lion Ricky Ledbetter (pictured right) presents Lion Dr. Mike Scruggs with the Lion of the Year award for Fiscal Year 2017-2018. Lion Mike is in charge of the club's eye exam and eyeglasses program, which served 63 persons in Rutherford County July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018.
